Underwater Shimmy (GIF)

For my aquatic gargoyle Wifi busting a mini move. This also hits weekly challenge of underwater and rhythm!

I wanted to get more ambitious with the animation and possibly add some swish to the background elements, but there's only so much I could manage with the photoshop animation bar. Time to find some tutorials.
