tis kinda frowned upon to advertise your battle while its up... reason being that fans tend to have a bias.

its just to keep the voting fair and free of bias voting.

I'd understand if I had requested people vote for me that it'd be bad form, but I really just wanted to showcase the battle for DA watchers to view. That and I thought the site discouraged people from signing on and making spam accounts just to vote.

Although I've heard of alot of drama in this area. I'll edit the announcement just to be safe ;)
